Officers responded to the scene on southbound Route 4 and Talbot Road after reports of the crash around 9:45 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 27, according to Anne Arundel County police.

Investigators determined that the driver of a 2019 Honda Accord was driving eastbound on the Talbot Road crossover and made a right turn onto southbound Route 4 in front of a 2022 Harley Davidson motorcycle.

The 53-year-old motorcycle rider was unable to avoid hitting the Honda and was ejected from his motorcycle, investigators said. The man was then transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

His condition was not immediately available on Monday afternoon.
